A thematically structured sensory workshop focusing on developing the senses through interesting and exciting practical tasks.

• Aroma, smelling, and the biology of olfaction - defining basic tastes
• Tasting and analyzing organic acids
• Tasting Röast coffees from different origins using the cupping method and analyzing them
• Advanced understanding of body and mouthfeel, also through tasting coffee samples
