Shipping policy
Delivery and payment terms available in the Röast Coffee online store (Roastar Zrt.).
(Effective September 29, 2024, and includes packaging and shipping fees)
Payment options and any associated fees:
- Cash on Delivery (If you pay the purchase price upon receipt of the product, you are required to pay a cash on delivery fee in all cases. The cash on delivery surcharge is 590 HUF gross.)
- Credit Card
Shipping options:
1) Products ordered on shop.roastcoffee.hu can only be delivered to addresses in Hungary, to parcel lockers, or to a shipping address as follows:
- Parcel locker pickup (FoxPost):
- For orders between 0 and 29,999 HUF (gross): 1,690 HUF (gross)
- For orders over 30,000 HUF (gross): free
- GLS Courier Service (home delivery):
- For orders between 0 and 29,999 HUF (gross): home delivery fee: 1,990 HUF (gross)
- For orders over 30,000 HUF (gross): free
- GLS Parcel Point pickup:
- For orders between 0 and 29,999 HUF (gross), the delivery fee is: 1,690 HUF (gross)
- For orders over 30,000 HUF (gross): free
- MPL Courier Service (home delivery):
- For orders between 0 and 59,999 HUF (gross), the home delivery fee is: 2,390 HUF (gross) + 1,800 HUF (gross) site delivery fee, i.e., 4,190 HUF (gross)
- For orders over 60,000 HUF (gross): free
- DPD Courier Service (Home Delivery):
- For orders with a gross total between 0 and 29,999 HUF, the home delivery fee is 1,990 HUF (gross)
- For orders with a gross total of 30,000 HUF or more: free
2) We can ship products ordered on shop.roastcoffee.hu to international addresses or delivery addresses as follows, with payment in euros, according to the countries and rates listed below (gross EUR per package)

- EU Zone 1: above 100 EUR

Information on in-store pickup:
Starting June 9, 2025, you can pick up your ordered coffee and cascara in person at the BorAgóra store in Budaörs during business hours. (Orders placed on or after June 7, 2025, can already be picked up at BorAgóra.)
Pickup is subject to the order being paid for in advance by credit card.
Once your order has been processed and prepared, we will send you the invoice via email. You can pick up your package by presenting the invoice.

- Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
- For in-person pickups, we do not accept cash or credit card payments. We cannot store unclaimed packages, so we will mail them to the billing address along with a cash-on-delivery fee.
