The Intermediate Sensory course is suitable for professionals who want to delve deeper into sensory sciences and provides guidance on how this new knowledge can be applied in the coffee industry.

- How we taste, perceive, and interpret these sensations
- Conducting guided coffee cupping
- The importance of sensory methods in coffee businesses
The course concludes with a practical and written exam, testing the knowledge acquired during the course. Successful completion of the module can award 10 points in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.

SCA courses - What is SCA?
The SCA CDS (Coffee Diploma System) is an internationally recognized education system that offers numerous training programs at various levels and topics, helping those interested in coffee, from beginners to professional baristas.
The courses conclude with an exam, where we test the acquired knowledge, and then the participant is awarded points corresponding to the course level in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.
Participation fees include snacks, coffee, and a good atmosphere. 😊
