The Professional Sensory Training is suitable for those who have significant experience and have successfully completed the Intermediate level. The aim of the course is to perfect candidates' sensory tasting skills at a professional level.
Topics:
- Acquisition of sensory leadership skills
- Profiling and quality identification
- Setting up and organizing the sensory lab
- Leading, training, and supervising a team
- Advanced sensory methods
The course concludes with practical and written exams on the third day, where we test the knowledge acquired during the course. Successful completion of the module can award 25 points in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.

SCA training - What is SCA?
The SCA CDS (Coffee Diploma System) is an internationally recognized education system that offers numerous training programs at various levels and topics, helping coffee enthusiasts from beginners to professional baristas.
The courses conclude with an exam, where acquired knowledge is tested, and then participants are awarded points corresponding to the course level within the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.
The participation fees include snacks, coffee, and a good atmosphere. 😊
