The Intermediate Brewing Course is a practical training where we learn to analyze grinds, pair different brewing methods with the appropriate grind, and analyze coffee extraction using tables and graphs. We recommend this course after completing the basic level course.

The course concludes with a practical and written examination, where we test the knowledge acquired during the course. Successful completion of the module can be rewarded with 10 points in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.

The SCA CDS (Coffee Diploma System) is an internationally recognized education system that offers numerous training programs and assists those interested in coffee, from beginners to professional baristas, at various levels and topics.
The courses conclude with an examination, where we test the acquired knowledge, and then the participant is awarded points corresponding to the course level in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.
The participation fees include snacks, coffee, and a great atmosphere. 😊
