SCA - Brewing (Filter Coffee) FOUNDATION

The Basic Brewing Training introduces different filter coffee preparation techniques to beginners, using Chemex, V60, AeroPress, and French Press.

Topics:

• Basic filter coffee knowledge
• Introduction to various filter coffee brewing methods
• Fundamentals of water-to-coffee ratio

The course concludes with a short practical and written exam, where the knowledge acquired during the day will be tested. Successful completion of this module can be rewarded with 5 points in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.

SCA training - What is SCA?

The SCA CDS (Coffee Diploma System) is an internationally recognized education system that offers numerous training programs at different levels and on various topics to assist those interested in coffee, from beginners to professional baristas.

The courses conclude with an exam, where the acquired knowledge is tested, and then the participant is awarded points corresponding to the course level in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.

Participation fees include snacks, coffee, and a good atmosphere. 😊
