The SCA Introduction to Coffee course introduces the origin, history, various preparation and consumption methods of coffee, and explores its diverse aromas.
We will show you the process coffee goes through from coffee farms all the way to the end consumer. The half-day course also includes a coffee tasting (cupping), which allows for the discovery of different coffee flavor notes. The course is suitable for those with no prior coffee experience and concludes with a short written exam to test the knowledge gained during the day.
Successful completion of the module can be awarded 10 points in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.

SCA courses - What is SCA?
The SCA CDS (Coffee Diploma System) is an internationally recognized educational system that offers numerous training programs and assists those interested in coffee, from beginners to professional baristas, at various levels and on different topics.
The courses conclude with an exam to test the acquired knowledge, and then the participant is awarded points corresponding to the course level in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.
The participation fees include snacks, coffee, and a good atmosphere. 😊
