SCA - Barista PROFESSIONAL Training

The Professional Barista Training is recommended for trained, experienced baristas who have successfully completed the Intermediate Barista Training. During the course, we deepen the existing coffee knowledge of the applicants by considering both scientific and managerial aspects.

The detailed program:

• Advanced Coffee Analysis
• Cupping Protocols
• Understanding Flavors, Aromas and Textures in Coffee
• Espresso Extraction Theory
• Water Chemistry
• Milk Chemistry
• Advanced Latte Art
• Coffee Shop Management
• Advanced Hygiene, Health and Safety Knowledge

The course concludes with practical and written exams on the third day, where we test the knowledge acquired during the course. Successful completion of the module can be awarded 25 points in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.

SCA Trainings - What is SCA?

The SCA CDS (Coffee Diploma System) is an internationally recognized educational system that offers numerous training programs and assists those interested in coffee at various levels and topics, from beginners to professional baristas.

The courses conclude with an exam, where we test the acquired knowledge, and then the participant is awarded points corresponding to the level of the course in the SCA Coffee Diploma System program.

The participation fees include snacks, coffee, and a good atmosphere. 😊
