Informal coffee tasting for those interested, groups of friends, families, and even professionals who want to delve into the flavors of our coffees.
Topics:
During the workshop, you will first learn the technical parameters and theoretical background of Cupping (coffee tasting).
Then, using this knowledge, we will analyze Röast coffees from different processing methods and growing regions, focusing on the aroma and flavor notes of each coffee using the Aroma Wheel.
Duration of the training: 4 hours
